A Columbus monthly salary

Ohio writes 130 hours of the federal minimum — $942.50 — into its statute for monthly pay. A Columbus employee earning $3,600.00 a month with $610.00 withheld keeps the greater of that or 75% of disposable earnings, so $747.50 can be taken.

Support carve-outs

  1. Ohio spells out the protected amount per pay period: $217.50 weekly, $435 biweekly, $471.25 semimonthly and $942.50 monthly at $7.25.§1
